Shipping And Deliveries





  • We ship using UPS based on product weight.  Certain odd-shaped products, such as swords may have a flat fee shipping cost associated with the product.
  • Shipping of your order is usually 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.  If there is a delay, we will contact you via email.
  • We currently ship to only the United States and US territories.
  • A tracking number will be generated and emailed to you when your purchase ships.  If your order included multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and multiple tracking numbers will be provided.
  • In store pickup is available.  Simply select “In store pickup” for your shipping option and we will hold your purchase for you.  We will send you a reminder to pick up your purchase if you have not picked up your purchase within 30 days.
  • We try not to waste packaging material, so please excuse us if you receive your purchase in a re-used shipping box.



If you would like to return a product, please request a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number from , before sending the merchandise back.  Please confirm that the product you are returning meets all of our guidelines provided below. Our contact information and return address is the following:

  5. Reason for the return


Return Address:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the merchandise return. All shipping fees are non-refundable. SWORDEQUIP.COM will issue a refund once we receive the returned item, and confirm the RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The refund transaction usually takes 1-2 weeks after reciept of the item.

Please note that SWORDEQUIP.COM will ONLY accept returns if the items meet the following terms and conditions.

  1. Have a valid RMA number obtained within 7 days of receiving the product
  2. Original Condition/Unused/Unwashed
  3. Free of filaments such as, Pet Hair, Lint, or other contaminants (including finger prints)
  4. Original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Customized Bogu
  2. Products listed as NO RETURN
  3. Opened DVDs
  4. Any customized product

Special conditions for:

  1. Uniforms and Hakama:  All items must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and unwashed (pleat retaining stitches on the hakama must be intact).
  2. Shinai and Bokken: must still be in plastic shipping wrap.
